No visa exemption exists for Pakistani passport holders, who require a pre-arranged visa for all visit purposes

Application notes

• Pakistani passport holders are not eligible for visa-on-arrival or self-service e-visa portals without specific qualifying residency permits
• All visa applications must be processed by a UAE-based sponsor such as an airline, hotel, or licensed travel agency
• The UAE government does not issue direct tourist visas to individuals; all applications must be submitted through the ICP or GDRFA authorized sponsors
• Travelers flying with Emirates or flydubai can apply for their visa directly through the airline's official online portal
• Ensure your passport has at least six months of validity remaining from the date of entry
• Apply at least two weeks before your intended travel date to allow for sponsor processing
• Visa fees paid to sponsors are generally non-refundable regardless of the outcome
• The decision of the immigration authorities is final and binding
