Terms of Service

These terms explain how you may use SafarWise, what we do and do not provide, and how responsibility is allocated when you plan travel using our platform.

Last updated: 27 May 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SafarWise website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by SafarWise and its operators (“SafarWise,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, checking the sign-up acknowledgement box, clicking “Create Free Account,” signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you have read our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What SafarWise provides

SafarWise is a travel-planning and information platform focused on helping travellers—particularly Pakistani passport holders—research destinations, visa-related guidance, itineraries, travel logs, airline reviews, and related planning tools.

The Service may include user-generated content (such as trip reports, comments, and reviews), curated or automated intelligence (including visa guides and travel alerts), currency tools, and trip workspace features.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

3. Not legal, immigration, or professional advice

Information on SafarWise is for general planning only. Immigration rules, visas, airline policies, and health requirements change often and depend on your situation. You must verify everything with official government sources, embassies, airlines, and border authorities before you book or travel.

Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, immigration, medical, financial, or other professional advice. SafarWise is not a government authority, embassy, airline, or visa issuer. You are solely responsible for confirming eligibility, documentation, health requirements, and entry rules before you travel.

4. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction (or have parental consent where required).
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or abuse risk.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at scale, or interfere with other users.
  • Do not upload unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or misleading content.
  • Do not use the Service to impersonate others or to process another person’s sensitive documents without lawful authority and their consent.
  • Do not rely on the Service as your only source for decisions that affect safety, immigration status, or significant expense.

6. Your content and community features

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as trip notes, photos, comments, or reviews). You grant SafarWise a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, adapt, and distribute that content solely to operate, promote, and improve the Service (including public trip pages you choose to share).

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.

We may moderate, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Our intellectual property

SafarWise branding, software, layout, and original materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service as intended, no licence is granted to copy, modify, or reverse engineer our platform.

Third-party names, logos, and data remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Third-party services and links

The Service may link to official government portals, airlines, maps, payment processors, authentication providers, or other third parties. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or outcomes you obtain through them.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

SafarWise and its operators are not liable for any loss, denial of entry, missed connections, or costs arising from reliance on this app. By using this service you agree to confirm all material facts independently and use it at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SafarWise and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or travel opportunities, arising from your use of—or inability to use—the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will be limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100), unless a higher minimum is required by applicable law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SafarWise and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users.

Sections that by nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes may be notified through the Service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to SafarWise’s place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.

You agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally before commencing formal proceedings, where reasonable.

14. Contact

For questions about these Terms, contact us through the channels provided in the Service or at the support contact published on safarwise.com when available.
