Application notes

• Applications must be submitted through a UAE-based sponsor such as a licensed hotel, airline, or authorized travel agency operating via the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security portal at smartservices.icp.gov.ae

• Civil documents including marriage certificates and family records must be provided with certified English translations if issued in Urdu or local languages
