Application documents
- Filled and signed Schengen visa application form
- Valid Pakistani passport with at least two blank pages and validity extending at least three months beyond planned departure
- Two recent passport-sized colour photographs
- Covering letter detailing the travel plans and itinerary
- Flight booking or reservation of return or round trip
- Hotel confirmation or reservation of accommodation for the entire duration of stay
- Valid travel medical insurance covering at least 30000 EUR for medical emergencies
- Personal bank statements showing movements in the last 6 months, duly signed and stamped by the bank
- CNIC Computerized National Identity Card copy
- Family Registration Certificate FRC issued by NADRA in English
- Federal Board of Revenue FBR acknowledgement of tax returns for the last 2 fiscal years
- National Tax Number Certificate
- Payslips for the last three months and employer letter specifying leave approval, position, and salary
