- Valid Pakistani passport with at least two blank pages and validity extending at least 3 months beyond intended departure
- Filled and signed Schengen visa application form
- 2 passport-size colour photographs
- Covering letter detailing travel plans and itinerary
- Flight booking (return or round trip) from/to Pakistan and the EU Member state of destination
- Hotel confirmation or accommodation reservation for the entire duration of stay
- Valid travel insurance for the entire duration of travel with a minimum coverage of EUR 30,000
- Bank statements showing movements in the last 6 months duly signed and stamped by the bank
- CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) copy
- FRC (Family Registration Certificate) issued by NADRA in English
- Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) tax return acknowledgment for the last 2 fiscal years
