• Pakistani passport holders holding a valid Schengen visa may enter Montenegro visa-free for up to 30 days
• The 30-day visa-free entry is conditional on the Schengen visa remaining valid for the duration of the stay
• If not holding a qualifying visa, Pakistani citizens must apply for a visa at a Montenegrin diplomatic mission
• Registration with local police or tourism office is mandatory within 24 hours of arrival if not staying in a hotel
• Passports must be valid for at least three months beyond the intended date of departure from Montenegro
• Visa applications are typically decided within ten days, though this may extend to 30 or 60 days for complex cases
