- Processing typically takes 2 to 7 working days after payment and complete submission excluding weekends and Malaysian public holidays
- The eVISA is valid for 3 months from the date of issue for a single entry with a maximum stay of 30 days on a Social Visit Pass
- Proof of return or onward travel ticket is mandatory for entry
- Financial documents must clearly demonstrate sufficient funds for the duration of the stay
- Applicants must present the printed eVISA document at the point of entry
