- Traveler holds a valid UAE GCC residence permit, qualifying for the GCC Resident Tourist Visa pathway via the official Royal Oman Police portal at evisa.rop.gov.om
- The GCC Resident Tourist Visa is available for Pakistani nationals residing in a GCC country who hold an approved profession listed by the Royal Oman Police
- The GCC residence permit and the Pakistani passport must each be valid for at least six months at the time of entry into Oman
- Applicants must hold a confirmed return or onward travel ticket and hotel reservation for the duration of the stay in Oman
