- Traveler holds a valid GCC residence permit (gcc_om), enabling eligibility for the unsponsored GCC Resident tourist visa pathway via evisa.rop.gov.om or visa-on-arrival at Omani ports of entry
- The applicant's profession must match approved eligible categories under the Royal Oman Police GCC resident regulations
- Passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of entry into Oman
- The GCC residence permit must also remain valid for at least 3 months at the time of travel
- Ensure all civil documents and proofs of travel are ready for presentation upon request by border control
Application Process

Visit the official Royal Oman Police portal at evisa.rop.gov.om
Step 2
Create a user account or log in to the e-visa dashboard
Step 3
Select the unsponsored GCC Resident visa category using the eligibility wizard
Step 4
Complete the online application form with personal and passport details
Step 5
Upload a scanned copy of the valid Pakistani passport and GCC residence permit
Step 6
Pay the visa fee online using a credit or debit card
Step 7
Receive the approved e-visa via email and print a copy for presentation at the border
