No visa exemption exists for Pakistani passport holders, though holders of a valid visa or residence permit issued by the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, or a European Union member state may be exempt under specific conditions

Application notes

• Pakistani passport holders without a qualifying visa or residence from the US, Canada, Australia, UK, or EU must apply for a visa in advance at a Panamanian embassy
• Holders of a valid visa or residence permit from the US, Canada, Australia, UK, or EU may enter Panama without a visa if the document has been used at least once to enter the issuing country
• GCC residency does not grant visa-free entry or exemption for Pakistani passport holders
• Applications for Pakistani citizens are typically processed through the nearest Panamanian embassy, such as the mission in New Delhi, India
• Applicants should initiate the visa process at least six weeks prior to the intended date of travel to account for consular processing times
• All documents in languages other than Spanish must be accompanied by an official translation
• The National Migration Service (Servicio Nacional de Migración) maintains final authority over all entry permissions
• Travelers must ensure their passport is valid for at least six months beyond the date of entry into Panama
