Application notes
- Pakistani passport holders traveling for tourism are eligible for a visa on arrival for up to 30 days with the fee waived under Commonwealth arrangements at Kigali International Airport and official land borders
- This visa on arrival is obtained directly at the port of entry and does not require pre-travel application or fee payment via the irembo.gov.rw portal
- Travelers must possess a Pakistani passport valid for at least six months beyond the date of entry
- Immigration officers at the port of entry may request proof of sufficient funds and return or onward travel arrangements
- Yellow fever vaccination certificate is mandatory if arriving from a country with risk of yellow fever transmission

Board flight to Rwanda and arrive at Kigali International Airport or an authorized land port of entry

Proceed to the immigration arrival desk and present your Pakistani passport along with travel itinerary

Receive the 30-day visa on arrival stamp and entry permit without payment of the standard fee
