- Women aged 18+ may perform Umrah without a mahram when travelling with an approved group; family groups should still carry relationship proof (MRC/FRC) as operators may request it
- Travel insurance is bundled within the visa fee and generated automatically — it is not a separate self-purchase for the operator route
- Book hotels independently (Booking.com, Agoda, etc.) — no Nusuk package required on this route, but you must use the Nusuk app to reserve Umrah and Rawdah time slots after visa activation
- Since June 2025, visa-only Umrah applications are rejected: your operator must link confirmed Nusuk-approved accommodation, transport, and a Booking Reference Number (BRN) before visa issuance
- The qualifying UK, US, or Schengen visa must have been used at least once — check-in staff will verify entry/exit stamps; an unused (fresh) visa will be rejected

Application Process
