- Hajj requires a dedicated Hajj visa or official Hajj permit (Tasreeh) — performing Hajj on a tourist eVisa, Visa on Arrival, or standard Umrah visa is prohibited and carries fines, deportation, and entry bans
- Since June 2025, visa-only Umrah applications are rejected: your operator must link confirmed Nusuk-approved accommodation, transport, and a Booking Reference Number (BRN) before visa issuance
- Pakistani passport holders cannot apply for Umrah visas directly on Nusuk — applications must go through a MoRA-attested licensed operator via Nusuk Masar
