- Pakistani ordinary passport holders require a pre-travel entry visa issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) via ica.gov.sg
- Applications must be submitted online through the ICA SAVE e-Service portal by a local contact in Singapore or an authorized visa agent
- Applications should be submitted within 30 days prior to the intended date of arrival
- A local contact in Singapore who is a Singapore citizen or permanent resident must act as a sponsor using Form V39A
- All travelers must submit the electronic Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) via eservices.ica.gov.sg within 3 days prior to arrival
