- A local contact in Singapore who is a Singapore citizen or permanent resident must act as a sponsor
- The Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) is the sole authority for visa issuance
- Submit the Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) electronically within 3 days before arrival

Step 3

Local sponsor or authorized visa agent submits the application and pays the processing fee via ICA SAVE
Step 5
Wait for the application to be processed by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority
Step 6
Print the e-Visa if the application is approved to present upon arrival at Changi Airport
