Application notes
- With a UAE residence permit: apply online for the e-Visa before travel — ICA Processing Fee: SGD 30

- Pakistani passport holders residing in the UAE must apply for a Singapore entry visa through an authorised visa agent appointed by the Singapore Consulate-General Dubai, such as VFS Global or Uranus Travel, and are not eligible for visa-free entry or visa-on-arrival
- Applications must be submitted within 30 days prior to the intended date of arrival in Singapore
- Applicants must use authorised visa agents rather than submitting via the ICA SAVE portal independently without a local Singapore contact
- Pakistani passport holders require Form V39A (Letter of Introduction) issued by a local contact in Singapore or an authorised entity when applying
- Submit the SG Arrival Card electronically via the official eservices.ica.gov.sg portal within 3 days prior to arrival in Singapore
