Application Process
Step 1
Gather Form 14A, passport biodata page, photo, UAE residence visa, and Emirates ID (authorised agents may also request a Letter of Introduction / Form V39A or additional supporting documents)
Step 2
Submit the complete application in person at an authorised visa agent in the UAE (e.g. VFS Global Dubai per Singapore Consulate-General Dubai)
Step 3
Pay the ICA visa processing fee (SGD 30 equivalent) plus the agent service fee (separate from the government fee; amount varies by authorised agent — e.g. ~AED 65 at VFS Dubai)
Step 4
The agent liaises with the Singapore Consulate-General for processing; ICA typically decides within 3 working days after complete submission
