- Pakistani passport holders with UAE GCC residency must apply for a Singapore entry visa through an authorised visa agent and are not eligible for visa-free entry or visa-on-arrival
- Applications must be submitted within 30 days prior to the intended date of arrival in Singapore
- Applicants residing in the UAE must use authorised visa agents listed by the Singapore Consulate-General Dubai, such as VFS Global, rather than the ICA SAVE portal directly
- A local contact in Singapore or an authorised visa agent is mandatory to sponsor and submit the visa application
- Possession of a valid UAE residence permit and Emirates ID does not grant visa-free access to Singapore
- The visa application process requires the submission of Form 14A and Form V39A (Letter of Introduction) if applicable
- Submit the Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) electronically within 3 days before arrival (separate from the visa)
