Application notes

  • Pakistani passport holders with UAE GCC residency must apply for a Singapore entry visa through an authorised visa agent and are not eligible for visa-free entry or visa-on-arrival
  • Applications must be submitted within 30 days prior to the intended date of arrival in Singapore
  • Applicants residing in the UAE must use authorised visa agents listed by the Singapore Consulate-General Dubai, such as VFS Global, rather than the ICA SAVE portal directly
  • A local contact in Singapore or an authorised visa agent is mandatory to sponsor and submit the visa application
  • Possession of a valid UAE residence permit and Emirates ID does not grant visa-free access to Singapore
  • The visa application process requires the submission of Form 14A and Form V39A (Letter of Introduction) if applicable
  • Submit the Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) electronically within 3 days before arrival (separate from the visa)

Application Process

  1. Step 1

    Ensure the passport is valid for at least six months beyond the intended date of departure from Singapore

  2. Step 2

    Prepare all required documents including the UAE residence visa, Emirates ID, and completed Form 14A

  3. Step 3

    Book an appointment with an authorised visa agent such as VFS Global in the UAE

  4. Step 4

    Submit the application, passport, and supporting documents in person to the authorised visa agent

  5. Step 5

    Pay the ICA processing fee of 30 SGD and the agent's service fee of approximately 65 AED

  6. Step 6

    Wait for the visa application outcome, which is typically processed by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA)

  7. Step 7

    Collect the e-Visa or visa outcome notification from the authorised visa agent upon approval

  8. Step 8

    Submit the SG Arrival Card online via the official ICA website within three days prior to arrival in Singapore
