Application notes
- Travelers holding a Saudi Arabia GCC residence permit are not eligible for visa-free entry or visa on arrival in Thailand; a pre-arranged visa is mandatory for Pakistani passport holders
- Applications must be submitted through the official Thailand e-Visa portal at thaievisa.go.th
- Applicants must be physically present in Pakistan during the entire application process; proof of location is mandatory
- After online submission, the visa fee must be paid in cash at the Royal Thai Embassy in Islamabad or the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Karachi
- Processing time is approximately 14 working days following the payment of the visa fee at the mission
- The final pre-approved e-Visa must be printed and presented to Thai immigration officials at the port of entry
Application Process
Step 1
Register and apply at the official Thailand e-Visa portal at thaievisa.go.th
Step 2
Complete the online tourist visa application and upload all required documents
Step 3
Submit the application online and receive the reference number
Step 4
Visit the Royal Thai Embassy in Islamabad or Royal Thai Consulate-General in Karachi to pay the visa fee in cash
Step 5
Wait for the visa processing which takes approximately 14 working days after fee payment
Step 6
Download and print the approved e-Visa from the portal
Step 7
Present the printed e-Visa to Thai immigration officials at the port of entry
