Visa exemption

No visa exemption exists for Pakistani passport holders; a pre-arranged visa is mandatory for all tourism purposes regardless of holding a UK visa

Application notes

• Pakistani passport holders, including those with a valid UK visa, are not eligible for visa-free entry or visa on arrival in Thailand
• Applications must be submitted through the official Thailand e-Visa portal at thaievisa.go.th
• Applicants must be physically present in Pakistan during the entire application process; proof of location is mandatory
• After online submission, visa fees must be paid in cash at the Royal Thai Embassy in Islamabad or the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Karachi
• Processing time is approximately 14 working days following the payment of the visa fee at the mission
• The pre-approved e-Visa must be printed and presented to Thai immigration officials at the port of entry
• Holding a UK visa does not grant any visa-free entry or expedited processing privileges for Pakistani passport holders
