- A Letter of Invitation (LOI) or visa support from a licensed Uzbek tour operator is mandatory for all tourist visa applications
- The tour operator must send the LOI via telex directly to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan before you submit your application at the embassy
- In-person submission and passport collection are required at the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Islamabad
- Consular hours for visa services are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 09:30 to 12:00
- Apply at least four weeks before your intended travel date to account for LOI processing and embassy appointment scheduling
- Visa fees must be paid via the embassy-designated bank account as instructed during your appointment
Application Process

Contact a licensed Uzbek tour operator to request and purchase a Letter of Invitation (LOI)

Wait for the tour operator to confirm that the LOI telex has been sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Complete the online visa application form available on the official Ministry of Foreign Affairs portal
Step 4
Book an appointment for in-person submission at the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Islamabad
Step 5
Submit your passport, printed application form, LOI reference number, and all supporting documents to the embassy
Step 6
Pay the required visa fee into the embassy-designated bank account
Step 7
Collect your passport with the visa sticker from the embassy after the processing period, typically up to 10 working days
